So informative...I am a thyroid patient for the last 10 years.. with meds its under control..still I struggle to lose weight but am sure following your tips I will make better progress..all that is here was already known but this collated tips will definitely be a ready reckoner for me..thanks a ton..♥️ Also I liked the fact that you never mentioned to stop eating these but you always used 'limit'and 'moderation' ♥️♥️

Same can happen for more sleeping. I used to sleep 13-14 hours and i felt like i am loosing weight. It might be due to less eating. Just a thought.

Not just gherlin hormones, It's because due to skipping sleep, your metabolism slows down and you gain weight more than the other people, it has nothing to do much with hunger

Oh my God!
Guys I just started to sleep at 11pm (sometimes 12 pm due to procrastination) and wake up at 4 am everyday and I was also not eating sugar (because sugar is responsible for more cravings)
But still I craved alot of food and I was actually eating very much and I was noticing it and became confused why is it happening even when I am not eating sugar

But yt recommended me this short video. Wow thanks alot . ❤

If you search on Google, you will find that sleeping for 1 hour burn 50-60 calories and running a kilometer burn 60 calorie which is approximately same.
