Thank you so much Adell I really needed to hear it. It takes the guilt and feeling of selfishness out of my shoulders… I’m sure my son will grow strong and healthy no matter which feeding option I choose.
I don’t want to give up on breastfeeding that quick (he’s 3wo) although I think my mental health is also very important for his good development.

As a new father of a 6 week old baby gir, I want to thank you for all the great information. Your "flex and hold" trick, which we saw in the other video, has at times been the only way to sooth her apart from breastfeeding.

I used a wipe as a “peepee teepee.” Did the trick! I lift the legs, wipe bottom, wipe front, slide new diaper on. Done. I never liked layering the new diaper underneath because I was more likely to dirty it by accident.

Thank you so much. All helpful advice. Especially the wrist tilt. My little boy always grabs the hair at the nape. Ouch!

Thanks for this video. I also use a size bigger for night that’s a good idea. Also, better do not close pamper too tight, for air circulation I always keep 1 centimetre extra before closing it.👍

One of the most useful advices someone gave me about babies is to buy sleepsuits with zipper and avoid buttons. It can be very hard to button the sleepsuits because babies tend to move a lot . It's even harder in the middle of the night if you have to change their diapper and you are half asleeped

a great tip we used at the beginning when our baby was younger and cried during bathtimes, was wrapping him in a light cloth which if I understand correctly helps him regulate the changes of sensations and cope with it more easily. Nowadays at almost 10 months, bath time is one of the highlights of his day! :)

The wipe across the belly has worked for me so far! Thanks for that tip!

OH MY GOODNESS! I cannot WAIT to try the onesie-removal trick... we cut one off the other night during a poo-explosion because it was a little snug and baby was screaming & crying, we needed it off ASAP. Why didn't anyone tell us this sooner!? Thank you, Emma! Please tell us all of your secrets!!

Totally didn’t realize that’s what the overlaps were for on the onesies! I thought it was just to get their head through easier. We’re far from the constant blowout stage now but I’ll definitely do that with the next one!

Literally gasping in awe at the sliding down their onesie tip. Those shoulder flaps were staring us in the face the whole time and we had no idea 😮. Having to resort to all sorts of interesting ways to not get poop on our little bean’s head is no more 😂.

My babe gets his diaper changed right before bed, and I don't have to change him until morning. He doesn't get diaper rash either from that, and he always gets some naked time in the morning after the night diaper is removed. Gotta air him out, lol

Glad I found this video! My exact question was how to prevent diaper rash when they sleep through the night. My 9 month old is finally sleeping through the night, but she has some diaper irritation. Thanks for the tip!
