ATTENTION DADS: Punish your sons for being bad, not for being wrong. When they are wrong or make a mistake, only tell them about it if they don't realize it. Then have THEM fix it without your supervision or help unless it is absolutely necessary. Thats how you make them strong and independent.

I am a true believer in good health, exercising Dalily and eating to live not living to eat. But it’s very important that you practice your emotional skills. Also, like compassion, respect and your duties as a family member. Be that complete 1 %. ❤

I try not to act hurt, but it does hurt when those you love and those closest to you don’t understand this journey you’re going through to better yourself. They talk crap about you and try to make you feel bad about it. You get labeled “crazy.” I AM NOT CRAZY!!!

Yea I’m 14 and weightlift everyday and eat super clean, and the progress I’ve seen is insane to me. I feel glad for my hard work. I’ve also started taking school more seriously and try to act more masculine/ mature. I still have a long way to go, for example I need to take my grades more seriously so I can go to college and be a top tier lawyer.

Grass is a common term used to describe a group of plants that belong to the family Poaceae, also known as Gramineae. It is a type of flowering plant that typically has slender leaves, jointed stems, and fibrous root systems. Grasses are one of the most widespread plant families on Earth and can be found in various habitats, including lawns, meadows, prairies, and even some forests.

Grasses play a significant role in the ecosystem and have both practical and aesthetic value. Here are some key points about grass:

Structure: Grass plants typically consist of blades, stems, and roots. The blades are the flat, elongated leaves, while the stems provide support and bear the flowers and seeds. The root system of grasses is usually fibrous, forming a dense network underground.

Function: Grasses have various functions in the environment. They help prevent soil erosion by holding the soil in place with their extensive root systems. Grasses also contribute to the carbon cycle, taking in carbon dioxide from the atmosphere during photosynthesis and releasing oxygen. Additionally, they provide habitat and food for many animals, including grazing mammals and insects.

Types of grass: There are numerous species of grass, each with its own characteristics and adaptations. Some common types include Kentucky bluegrass, Bermuda grass, ryegrass, fescue grass, and buffalo grass. These grasses have different growth habits, water requirements, and tolerances to temperature and sunlight.

Uses: Grasses have several practical uses. They are commonly used as turfgrass in lawns, parks, and sports fields because of their ability to form a dense, uniform cover. Grasses are also cultivated as crops for human consumption or animal feed, such as wheat, rice, corn, and barley. Additionally, certain types of grasses, like bamboo, are used for construction, crafts, and as a renewable source of biomass.

Environmental benefits: Grasses contribute to the overall health of the environment. They help filter rainwater, improving water quality by trapping sediment and absorbing pollutants. Grassland ecosystems, consisting of diverse grass species, support a variety of wildlife, including birds, insects, and small mammals. Moreover, grasses can help mitigate climate change by storing carbon in their roots and soils.

Overall, grasses are an essential part of our natural landscapes, providing numerous benefits to the environment, wildlife, and human society. You are not the 1 percent you are the 0.1 percent😌
