b) y=x^3−9x^2+1

c) 2x−y+1=0

d) y=(x^2+1)(x−3)

e) 1=xy

So basically get them into standard form, then look at the highest power. Also if you see this, would a quartic function be to the power of 4?

is it whatever exponent comes first? if it was y = x^2 + 10x^3 would it be quadratic? since x^2 comes first?
