Top 10 Scary West Virginian Urban Legends

Welcome back everyone to Most Amazing Top 10 - after a lot of demand, we have decided to start doing Urban Legends on individual US states. Today we have chosen to start with West Virginia. There are two reasons for that, one - why not? Two - the next Fallout Game is set there and it contains a lot of West Virginia Urban Legends. So, whether you want a sneaky insight into what that game will involve or you're just excited for another video in this series, let's see if you can all handle these stories. My name is Danny Burke - this is the Top 10 Scary West Virginia Urban Legends.

I'm a West virginian. I have camped at droop mountain when I was a child, we used to do living historys of the civil war. It was definitely a location that stuck out in my memory, the nights were strange, you could just feel something.

as someone who was born and living in West Virginia, I absolutely lost it at the way he pronounced "Kanawha" and "Mononghalia."

1) As a native West Virginian, I want to thank you for choosing WV first since we're never first in anything
2) About a year ago, my husband saw what he described as a "Demon Dog" while coming home late one night from work. It was large and black, and it crossed in front of the road. When the headlights hit it, it turned it head towards him, and he said it was like it was staring into his soul with its red eyes. He's been talking about this for about a year, so imagine my shock when I saw #9 on the list

Scary Urban Legends? The only scary urban legend in West Virginia is that Country Roads isn't the state anthem.
