9 Steps to doing the Splits!

I saw you guys were really interested in learning how to do the splits! So here is a video showing you the 9 steps I take when warming up to the splits. Be aware that this may take days, weeks, or months to accomplish depending on how flexible you are already. Be patient, you will get it. But it takes time!

The fastest way to do a split is in the shower, make sure the floor is wet and a bunch of shampoo.i found this out on accident😂

EVERYONE HEAR ME OUT:

4 years ago I watched this video. I got my splits in 2 weeks, even tho I got my splits I used to still do this every day. This video actually helps a lot, but sadly I stopped gymnastics 2 years ago. Now I can't even do anything hahha, I decided to get them back and the first video that came to mind was this, after one week which is now: I got my splits y'all IM SO HAAPPY

This is how my stretching went:
1.i did some streches
2.i did a butterfly stretch
3.i heard a crack
4.i got scared
5.i sat down for a few minutes
6.i took a "nap"
7.i woke up with 5 empty bags of chips and a food baby

Omg I used to do this routine 2- 3 times in a week and I got into splits just now 😆😆😆😆 My gosh and I even did it with ease and there was no pain.... My gosh my dream became true!!!! Omg thank you cassey i love you😘😘😘😘😘😘
