Coming from an artist,
You can watch tutorials, but it’s not really fun. Draw and do what you want! Art is such a great hobby for people to just express themselves.
Just don’t get burned out lol.

i recommend using references whenever you do art and just drawing what you see in your way! looking at art from other artists also helps for finding your own art style! and always, practise helps A LOT. the more you draw, the more you will subconsciously find what you like and start making your own style and if you practice often you will improve quickly! art tips are hard as there are so many different art styles and so many different ways to go about things. although, if you do digital art, flipping your art will help you see any awkwardness in your art. for physical, asking someone to look at your art helps as well! other perspectives usually help us to see any awkwardness in our art. i recommend that you also look at a varied range of references so you can experience everything. it is better for your art and yourself to see the whole world instead of the one your eye is focused on. :)
