We discovered India’s abandoned city, which was no less than a ghost town & it had an abandoned mall, convention centre, golf course, a 5 star hotel & so much more! After seeing @MrBeast ‘s video, i had no clue that a country like India would be having such a City!

Financial Problems: The development company, Lavasa Corporation, struggled with financial difficulties and mounting debt, which hindered progress and led to stalled construction projects.
Lack of Infrastructure Development: While some parts of the city were built, the promised infrastructure like schools, hospitals, and commercial facilities didn’t materialize as expected, making it difficult to attract residents and businesses.

As a result, Lavasa’s development slowed down significantly, and much of the city remains incomplete or underutilized today.

This is Lavasa city near pune. It was actully a city inspired by Italy. Here, many few colleges were planned to make, a area of bunglows and few buildings, malls, convention centres and many more. But this plan was failed because of Budget and many other problems. Later this was made as a tourism spot near pune. It did not worked well and today it's abandoned city. Lots of love sarthak bhai ❤

Why don't the govt let those people from poor and most populated states like UP and bihar stay there? It will be such a great idea to relocate people from dirty polluted slums to a green and fresh environment with good infrastructure. Why let it waste such a huge resources? When the rest of Indians are suffering without roof top to shelter themselves from rain😢
