It sure does!!! That is how I got breast cancer at age 33 (I am now 60!)!!! I was under horrible stress at work, and ate crap back then. I stopped all that, and got healed!!!

It certainly does, 2nd occurence of DCIS breast cancer. 10 yrs of chronic stress, 1st cancer 6 years ago. Now I'm stressed because people want me to do chemo radiation!!! I believe God brought Chris into my life for a reason. He has stuck to everything he has said over the years and has lived it!

I agree 100% with you! But how to live in this modern world without stress? Any idea? Thanks

Stress also immobilizes people, preventing them from engaging in healthy behaviors like exercising, taking time to do the extra work that healthy meals require, and so on. This is more subtle than smoking, drinking and eating comfort food, but it is not less real.

Chris I have a question not related to stress, because I'm hearing so much about it. What is your opinion about lectins and the plant paradox diet?

It is true that if someone is stressed all the time, it is not good for their general health because your immune system can go down since your mind is thinking negatively about things. I am not sure whether stress causes cancer or not because cancer is a very complex disease.

With all that said, if you have a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy, and keeping yourself p retry active, stress from work won't make your cancer to get worse? I quit my job in May 2017 so I would be stress free during my cancer treatment and try to heal faster. Has been 9 months since, and now that I feel that I can go back to work, I can't find a damn job... Once you tell tour interviewer that you're on cancer treatment, their faces change, and they never call you back even though they told they will. It's so frustrating.

Stress weaken the immune system which makes the body unable to fight malignant cells.

Well, from an epigenetic standpoint, stress could cause cancer.

Goodness stress over a long time has detrimental affects in the immune system doesn’t it? I see autoimmune disorders in people who have lived through very stressful circumstances or who in general are negative people
Why wouldn’t cancer also sometimes be caused by stress?
