There are many times a bridge or denture may serve the patient’s goals, aesthetics and budget better.

So how do we decide between bridges and dentures?

Is it acceptable to use root filled tooth as a bridge abutment?

Are single tooth posterior dentures risky? Or do patients love them?

How do we begin to communicate aspects of replacing teeth with our patients?

If I am not mistaken Mike Gregory hates the flexi dentures because they cover the marginal gingiva and they are not hygienic.
I also saw it my self too. On patients with these flexi dentures they have developed class V caries lesions. For sure they were not cleaning properly. But should we give a Pt that has poor oral hygiene habits a denture that is going to worsen things?
Just saying my opinion. I am open to hear what other people think!
