Which is Stronger: All-on-4 vs 3 on 6™

Teeth need to be able to withstand the pressures and movements involved with eating, talking, and normal use of the mouth. So what is better, multiple bridges like the 3 on 6™ or a single unit spanning the entire mouth like with the All-on-4? Studies have shown that segmented bridges can react better to forces in the mouth, making it far less likely to break. In addition, if there ever is a problem, it is easier to replace or fix a smaller bridge than replace all the teeth in the mouth.

I understand the 3 on 6 for the upper what about the lower bridges are they a solid bridge restoration or a 3 on 6 lower bridge? The reason why I'm asking my Dentist Dr Alex Fedorenko from Lexington ma, metro Dental and implant studio wanted me to have a solid bridge. From what he told me that you taught him the 3 on 6.

That looks much better, but isn't better that those 4 inplants are not so close to eachother?. Better would be that implant is on 2nd tooth and 5th, , not 2nd and 3rd

This is kind of random, but if you wanted to fight, like boxing or MMA, could these things be taken out prior to a fight and put back after? It would add another second to the team right next to the ring doctor. Just wondering if it is still possible to do the punchy punchy with the teeth out.

Where’s the actual data and peer reviewed papers to back this claim up? Because why would I trust a statement from a corporation that favors their product over another without data? I’m happy to concede on this skepticism here but the science and facts have to be present.

Please train some dentists ín Australia to do this method as I do not want All on 4 with it's fake gumline and the fact that you can't clean it properly.

I have a bunch I of bridges Amanda I know bone and gum will shrink f there is no tooth.
That is my concern with 3 on 6. Over the years bone will shrink and create a gap against the teeth arch. Then what will you do?

On the other hand, all on 4 has build in gum like and all you have to do is to fill material when bone shrink. No remake.

Myself I would go for all on 6.Less span between implants, more implants less force on each implant.3on 6 long span at posterior not Ideal.3 on 6 the bridges look too artificial.
