Just a 7th grader here for no reason and learning on my own time and I think I've learned more here than most of the school year.

I was listening to a lady that stayed with my brother after he got shot and she told me she knew he wasn't gonna make it because of the way he was breathing and after months of looking for something like this I FOUND IT AND I BELIEVE I MADE PEACE. Thank you!

Damn, this was way more straight forward than the lecture I had about the same thing some days ago. Good job man, I wish my lecturers were like this. Especially with the audio examples.

I am so grateful for this video! I'm preparing the very hard German Heilpraktiker exam and this was so helpful in understanding why the sounds are different, what the mechanisms behind them are and with which pathologies each sound can be associated. Thank you so much!!!

You just saved my life. Have a health assessment exam coming up and this was always hard for me to understand because a lecture just can't do it. COVID has made it very difficult to learn as a nursing student but your photos, in addition to the audio and explanations was very helpful, thank you.

I love how you explained why wheezing is more likely during expiration - because the smaller airways narrow (as opposed to smaller airways expanding in inspiration). It finally makes sense!

Thank you DR For explaining different types of breathing problems. I do have COPD, with wheezing. No fever, rare cough and some fatigue. Went to public got: alka-seltzer plus, power max Gels. Just started yesterday, also, taking robitussin cough+chest congestion 'DM' I can't get to see any of my doctors bc they are not seeing patients. I called my local health clinic and was told to get a referral to see clinic nurse or doctor. The 'ER' dept won't see me either.

This works: I said would it help if I brought my Attorney with me.? It worked. Be safe everyone. Trust in God to get us through this.

Nice to see you Dr.Matt! Great content. I listen to the podcast, everyone knows Dr.Mike, so it's nice to finally match a face to your voice.

Thank you, so helpful! I saw 2 doctors last week and ER 2 days ago and still couldn't get a Covid 19 test. I was able to get a pneumonia diagnosis at the ER and now with this video some of my scary noises are explained. I hear the pleural rub at night when I try to sleep - awful! I can understand medical stuff easily and this will help me explain over the phone if I need to.

Great video. Very helpful. Would ask if you could play sounds before explaining and after...to reinforce the sounds. Thank you!
