I've had laryngeal spasms since I was 12. (I'm 53 now.)
They start with a slight tickle on one side of my throat.
That triggers my anxiety.
It's fkng terrifying!

If I can't fend it off, I go into stridor which is the scariest thing on the planet.

I've never passed out because I fight so hard.
If I passed out, everything would just relax on its own.

I have this exact stridor sound in my right lung going on 3 months now. ct scan normal/clear. Predisone /Albuterol was no help.
