That's not an upgrade, it's a clean install but preserving only some files and folders you specifically have chosen to copy. See from 11:40 to 13:04 you lost many desktop icons, so you've lost the app installs. The only way to upgrade 7 to 10 is to insert the install medium with windows already on. You can't do that from 32b to 64b . Upgrading means to only change the core parts of windows, preserving files, apps and configurations.

To those confused when you press f1 and you see your flash drive you need to replace the first boot option to your flash drive by left clicking it and dragging your mouse a little and replace it with hdd
