I have another tutorial about using a program called CPU-Z. You could install that. It will give you information about exactly what RAM slots are working.

You could try putting in only 4 of the sticks, and see if they are all recognized. Then, replace them with the other 4 and see if it recognizes them too. Then you would know that all the sticks of RAM are good.

If it's a newer memory standard it's possible a BIOS update might help it recognize it.

My Os that I am using currently is x86 and I created a x64 Windows 7 Installation Usb. I load it up from bios and it loads the files. It goes directly into the Starting Windows Logo and restarts it self back to the bios. Why can't I install it?

When you install Wdws 7 should you ask the salesperson for the 64 bit version ...or does the CDROM have both versions and you simply are prompted for your choice of 32 or 64 installation at the start ???

This took me ages...
A quick way to do this is by pressing Windows button and searching: System Information, then open the application and on the application search for system type and if it says 64bit then you have 64bit and if it's x86 then you have 32bit but cannot upgrade
