No matter what workout playlist you have put together this is an absolute must stretch he stretches every single part of your body it will prevent injury especially if you're doing the befit workouts which are super ugh

day 31 complete! i thought i was athletic until today. then i almost died. hahaha. oh, well, i got 30 days to go here! i'm ready - it can only get better from here! :D

If you are doing this workout series or any workout series you would be very wise to save this stretch to any of your playlists. The stretches are held for at least 15 to 30 seconds which is appropriate and 99% of the work out online and on tape and DVD only hold stretches for 5 to 10 seconds. This stretch will prevent injuries an absolute must!

I can touch the floor with my palms face down and knees straight. I couldn't do that before.
