I agree SO much with the cleaning for exercise tip. What I also do, is when I take my puppy for a walk, I take a bag with me and I fill it up with rubbish. It gives me a great ab workout AND I clean up the environment so that the rubbish doesn't end up in the lake/ocean. Its a win/win!

During COVID lockdowns my bestie and I would meet in the movie theater parking lot with chairs, breakfast and coffee. And sometimes heavy coats. We social distanced but still got a good visit. Once a sheriff deputy cruised in to check on us- we were

When we took our daughter and teenage grandchildren to a cabin in the Cascade mountains for a week, one rainy day we played two board games...Bing Bang trivia game and a Bob Ross game. It was so much fun and a great way to pass the time until we could get back outside.

Morning everyone! I think self care/sleep are so important! Sleep is always a priority for me, I am miserable running on less than 6 hours of sleep. 7 is way better. I also take vitamins for self care. Vitamin D3, and B vitamins. They help protect you from getting sick and B12 helps your mood. I buy store brand for basic vitamins - research what I need and find the correct dosage for me. A side note - for me being frugal is buying basic things on sale - like soup, non perishable items. Winter is coming - time to stock up on some good old comfort frugal foods if we get snowed in :-).

Definitely important to do self care and lots of sleep/rest. If you don’t have good health it affects every other aspect of your life. Been home two weeks with muscle sprain(possibly a tear) and am reevaluating how I need to take care of myself more. Health is everything’

Just bought 2 new games last night so I can have my adult children come over for family fun night! Growing up my husband’s family would have the grandparents in every Friday night and they would play cards. Always had homemade cheeseburgers and home fries. I don’t think I can get my children to commit to EVERY Friday night, but I’m thinkin’ once a month! I LOVE Clue! Haven’t played it in a million years!
