If enable snapping, you can easily move it to corners. Sometimes it helps with hard surface modeling when distances goes to matter. Added it to my shortcuts. This is the best replacement of "set 3d cursor to active" "snap origin to 3d cursor".

if you press numpad 0 then shift f you can move the camera around super easy! great video!

longer method, select face, shift+s in edit mode, cursor to selected, and then in object mode origin to cursor

Aaah, so that's how you move just the origin. I remember it being added to Blender 2.80 but I never figured out how to do it, since I was so new back then :)

Years. I've been using Blender for years, and I only just NOW find out that you can just move the origin this way. God dammit.
