The Nick Barclay one is so suspicious, there were tonnes of rumours involving sex trafficking and drugs regarding his family. The fact he ran away frequently says to me that that household was not safe. I think the parents/the half brother had something to do with it. Also the impersonator man was right, the fact the family accepted this random dude when it clearly was not their son is so suspicious.

My family's Nanny lived in Crofton from the 60's till the 90's, my sisters and brother spent most weekends there, especially in the 70's. The main tunnel to the Pumping Station was creepy, although the most 'scary' thing we found there was an old Playboy magazine. Nanny used to rush us through as quickly as possible though. A little boy drowned in the canal, and she put the fear of God in us if we went too close the lock. I loved Crofton so much, i dream about that tunnel regularly. Fun fact; Steve Hillage from Gong lived next door in the mid 70's.

Its kinda bizarre how you completely skipped over the most likely explanation for the celestial phenomena over Italy; Sun Dogs. This is the most scientific explanation and it doesn't require extreme leaps in logic.
