Chin tucking is super important, if you look at people when great jaws/cheekbones. They all have something in common : a great posture and a straight neck. When you chin tuck you’ll notice it’s much easier to engage the root of the tongue

I see this all the time with mewing results. Not enough upswing, creating a longer face. Reason number one is poor posture. Number two is too much pressure in the back third. Number three is not doing a suction hold and pressing up in the front, helping the upswing. All three are connected and is traced back to posture.

Three variables can happen when you mew. Forward growth, horizontal expansion of the palate (affecting zygoma) and rotation (upswing, downwing, right or left rotation)
