I entered this wave more than a decade ago. I ran hot and furious so long I damaged my nervous system. Im at the tail end and trying to heal. I know my masculine and feminine are mostly merged as I identify with both aspects within and these two are no longer in conflict. I even went through a so called Twin Flame dynamic (long before I heard the term). This was a catalyst to my integration as well as self love which was incredibly painful but necessary and worth it. I no longer require an external trigger or mirror and live (sometimes begrudgingly) aware and wide-eyed in my day to day experience.

I’m interested in what the subsequent waves entail because I’m seemingly on another wave now. No longer focused on injustice, union, relationships, or any external consideration to be honest. I feel less connected to others. The oneness I experienced for decades is remembered but not my current state. I am compassionate but no longer emotional about suffering - be it my own or other. My life forever changed but I am seeking something no one else is talking about. Perhaps there is no such thing but I seek my absolute power and full autonomy. I want to finally overcome the boundary of this dimension; 3D or whatever people refer to it - only I want to do this without taking my life or dying.

It may sound weird or even dismal but I’m done. I was not born to be governed by anyone other than me. I believe this is true for all. This is not an outcry against governments or natural laws. This to me; is the only reason for a soul to go through much suffering (really remembering). To be trusted with that power - FINALLY- to be true creators of our own destiny. Not talking about it but the real execution and responsibility of such a power.

I got stuck in the 2nd wave of ascension, cuz I became aware as a teen when I still had a lot of unresolved issues from childhood trauma and ongoing family disfunction, without knowing about ANY of this stuff or even that this spiritual aspect of reality was real, till I became aware of it. So I basically crashed and burned when the Dark Night of the Soul came (which I also didn't know was a thing till years after it happened it me), and I clung to my trauma and anger at all the injustice I perceived in the world instead of letting go. Now I'm trying to reconnect and heal old wounds decades later.

Now I know why I feel so compelled to speak up and help those who have no voice! I got kicked out of my house defending my step-sister as a teenager. I’ve quit 3 jobs because of poor treatment of my colleagues (one as I was getting promoted to upper management!). I spend my days on social media advocating as a vegan for animals, advocating healthier lifestyle choices for humans, and have been screaming for decades about how we’re violating our Mother Earth! I’ve jumped out of my car to defend an old lady crossing the street from the a-hole honking that she wasn’t walking fast enough…I even jumped into local politics to fight the fraud I heard about at City Hall! I grew up in difficult circumstances and have come to conclude it was all to make me stronger. I’ve always seen myself as a wolf watching over the sheep…it’s become more apparent to me that I’ve actually been a wolf watching the other wolves to make sure they don’t get to the sheep! Another puzzle piece falling into place…and I will heed the warning you give about getting stuck on our way to the First Ascension…thank you for your insights and ability to communicate it in a clear way.🙂

Well said, you just explained my life path the past thirteen years, getting stuck down the dark rabbit hole for the first decade ( not sure why so long, did I have a lot of karma to pay?) Most of my family and friends looked at me like I was crazy lol, now I’m at peace and speak about my spiritual journey, wile they are all wakings up around me in anger. My brother told me a couple of days ago, “stop telling people about consciousness and meditation they don’t get it, and they are going to think your crazy “ my response was they thought I was crazy before as I would fight with everyone but I planted seeds, well I’m doing the same now with positive messages and a smile. It’s a great time to be alive🙏

You are a very well thought out person, you have studied well and have learned much. Thank you for your perspective, it is wonderful to hear others express these things, we need more teachers, teaching love. I remember this part, I was so pissy about all the mess of the world and how intentional it all was. But of course, the universe will mirror back to us what we are thinking about especially if you add emotions into your thoughts. I have no interest in more annoyance coming my way so I changed my perspective, put all the messy into the dream aspect of this entire thing we call life, and moved away from all that information and the anger that can accompany it. In truth this plane is made to annoy you all the time, those who get over it and begin to love, yes even love what was once annoying, are growing. Once you learn who and what you really are, some of these human failings just fall away as inconsequential, it will work itself out. I no longer resonate with words like "warrior, " I am a natural 3d warrior, I created war with anything I thought was "incorrect" and it got me nothing but more to fight against, there is no end to that mental path, nor is there any peace. I am well past the need to create war to express my annoyance with earth life in 3d, peace is the goal, there is no love in war, and the fight will bring you endless enemies, so why bother? Other than to prove to yourself what some of us already know. You will eventually know that this is an illusion, there is no reason to get caught up in any of it. It is like getting very emotional about a sporting event that you’re not participating in. Perspective is more important than most know or teach. You cannot change the outside world from your old perspective, it will stay the same. Once you learn to “change your perspective” you can adjust the outside world, and that is the only path that works. It seems backwards, but it works. Oddly, once you get past relating to life as your persona, you no longer wish to change the things that once angered or annoyed you, your over it, past it, beyond it, you have no reason to look backwards. Easy ways to change your become aware of your thinking, and ask yourself "is this what love would think if love was a person?" Give it a try, align yourself to what you think love would do, say, act like and over a month, if you do this daily, you will see you are not getting angry as often, after a year you hardly notice anger in yourself at all, after a decade you are talking directly with spirit, you become a team.

Wow. Needed this today. Not sure what wave I am on but I totally resonated with the concept of these waves moving in and out, up and down. Been a warrior my entire life, dropped the “sword” in 2018 and ever since, doing the inner work, the shadow work. At times this is a delicious place to be. Other times, like this week, it is hell on wheels. Having said that, the tools needed come and guide us deeper towards that sovereignty you speak of. It is as if I had been a Spiritual Teacher for years, explaining these theories with only a certain level of linguistics. Then all of a sudden, I get and all expense paid workshop to learn an expanded version of what my Spirit already knew. The way you clearly get straight to the point while insuring each dot is connected along the way is magnificent. Some parts feel refreshing like fresh lemonade with peppermint added to it. Other parts are mind blowing as if I had a taste of wasabi that just cleared up my sinuses and tickled my brain. It's AMAZING!!! The Gratitude I feel is as big as an air balloon. Now I have added language to express what is already flowing within me!!! I remember this feeling. I was 5yrs old, and had meet 2 of the best teachers that helped me to use my words to explain my Heart. That is what you are doing Now, just in a more advanced way yet it is still just as simplistic.
