I am at the beginning of my "investment journey" I plan to put 185K into dividend stocks so that I will be making up to 30% per year in dividend returns. Any advice for stocks that can outperform the S&P500 this 2024?

I like how dividend ETFs track a specific index, like the dividend aristocrat

Global financial markets have been significantly impacted by SVB's demise, prompting investors to sell off bank equities hastily and reevaluate their interest rate expectations. I am a $350, 000 investor who is at a crossroads and wondering if it is wise to hold onto securities that are losing value. I want guidance on the best approaches to maximizing my returns in this negative market.

High expense ratios, no thanks! I’d rather buy reality income if I was looking for monthly payments

Your words ring true, if I had to do it all over again I would definitely have concentrated more on growth in the beginning over dividends.

One fund I really like is SPYI 11% dividend monthly, all base off the S&P 500.

Ari my man, another great video, Just one problem, you mentioned DIVO has 1.98% dividend yield, but it actually has 4.61% dividend yield :)

I will be forever grateful to you, you changed my whole life and I will continue to preach on your behalf for the whole world to hear you saved me from huge financial debt with just a small investment, thank you Catherine Gauthier.

DIA looks appealing once you have scaled up your portfolio with higher yielders like jepi..

I own JPIE which is bond focused. Also pays monthly. Thoughts on having a % of the dividend portfolio in a bond fund ? It pays 6.13% too

Thoughts on some of what black rock offers such as BDJ or PFF (preferred shares)?

Great video Ari. Personally, looking to wrap up my goal of 100 shares in SCHD by year end, and then begin scaling a larger position in QQQM for more exposure to growth.

I know the difference is minuscule at best, but I really do like a monthly dividend.

Can you give alternatives for European people? Thanks.

If I wanted passive income, why would I chose an ETF that pays 1-2%? JEPQ JEPI SPYI and several others pay way more !! Eve PFF, preferred ETF is stable and pays over 6%.

Ari, do u know anyone who is invested in SVOL personally? I'm wondering if that 16% holds up. This is early in the video so...ignore it if you cover it in this video
