Newer presentation style is nice but I think a list of these showing some comparisons would be helpful too. Thanks for the content. Its useful knowledge for consideration.

I hold PEY. Yes it has a high expense ratio (0.52%) however it has a dividend growth rate of 7.66% & 10 years of growth. Dividend yield 4.97%. It also pays monthly.

Good content ... only that "cracking down" on the TER amuses me. I don't care about TER as long as my account balance increases the way I want it to. That's why ABR, HTGC, CSWC, UTG, SPYI, QQQI, JEPI, ... qualify for my account as well

I learn something today, that investing is definitely not for the working poor who makes 40, 000 or less a yr and damn I really don't see the value with this list unless you have thousands of dollars to spare
