I am a big ETFs guy. It has worked well for me. I still have 5 years or so until retirement and I sleep well at night.

Hi! I'm from New Delhi looking to start investing in the US stock market with a lump sum inheritance. Should I focus on index funds or individual stocks? Also, any tips on handling currency exchange rates? Thanks!

JEPQ is my favorite. Not much fluctuation, steady Div return.

Thank for sharing your wealth of research and knowledge on etfs. Being a guy way behind the curve of investing at 50, 3 years away from state retirement but likely going to re enter the workforce in the private sector while drawing my state pension and then massively investing across multiple sectors for stable steady growth. You have helped educate me on this journey.

Thanks Brian for the video. While return data is useful, it is also important to consider liquidity. In taking a look at EINC, the daily volume is only $3.8k, with 729 traded today. In a buy-and-hold context, you don't normally plan to sell. However, having liquidity provides some reassurance. Also I understand that MLPs are different animals from equities. JEPI and SCHD definitely have liquidity. I own three of the five you mentioned, and did own one other for a short time. 👍

Thanks for the comparison, Brian.
I enjoyed learning more details about your history from your interview with Ari. You two unpacked a lot!

Luv the ETFs. I own both SCHD and DGRO. SCHD is one of my cores in the managed portfolio.
I also own VPU (utilities ETF), AMD tech stocks, but I also own an individual utility company like DUK.

I like VIG which is a growth dividend fund. The yield is not high but capital appreciation is. It’s more conservative and it’s less volatile.

Hi Brian, thanks for the excellent video as always. Would you be able to make a video update on the stocks that you covered in your previous videos on cyber security, evtol, AI etc. It will be useful for everybody to know which one we can still invest, hold or sell. Don't need to go into detail but just your view will be very helpful to everybody..

ETFs offer exposure to a wide range of assets, such as stocks, bonds, or commodities, which can help reduce risk. ETFs, like broad market index, sector-specific, and bond ETFs, are favored for long-term investments because of their diversification, reducing risk while offering growth and income potential.
