This makes sense, hypothyroidism is slow thyroid. Cold foods stimulates even more slowness.

I’ll keep that in mind but I’m not giving up my salads and sushi. It’s all moderation .

Dr. Josh, what about Hypoglycemia? That's what I have. My blood/sugar is always low. Especially after I work out in the gym. I feel dizzy. I do put electrolytes powder mix in all my drinks.

The reason i eat salads every day is theres not much else I can eat..No gluten, dairy, soya, few carbs and low sugar! I love salad...Now your saying I shouldn't be eating that..I feel fine on salads I know what my body reacts to so just going by that other wise I would be eating barely anything.
