Muhammad Yunus, the head of the interim government of Bangladesh, has called the attacks on minorities in the country "heinous". Over the weekend, the Hindu community hit the streets across major cities of Bangladesh. This was the biggest street protest yet, after the collapse of the government last week. Today, the Bangladeshi police ended its strike. Cops returned to patrol the streets of Dhaka. Last week, several members of the police force went on a strike after angry mobs attacked several police stations.

The moment any Primeminister takes the Oath of Office, his most and foremost duty is to deploy a full compliment of whatever PEACE KEEPING FORCE, be lt the Police, Riot unit and if necessary, the Army to ensure Law and Order prevails in the country.

Unfortunately, in the case of Bangladesh, the Primeminister, who is a Mohammed, had failed miserably in that duty, which begs the question: Is he acting silently in the interest of the PRO-ANTIHINDU demonstrators?
