As someone who is strong enough to tip the average vehicle over, I see anything over a kettlebell in the 30-40kgs as an Ego Lift... North of 32kgs becomes a dangerous risk/reward paradigm where you're endangering your lower back, grip, nervous system and connective tissues. Dan John explained this issue the best...

To the people who are hating her form: this is a SOFTSTYLE kb swing. People are used to hardstyle (traditional), but this is a swing that's used in kettlebell sports

her form is actually pretty solid considering how heavy that kettlebell is. her arms only bend when the kettlebell is “weightless” and she is only using the momentum from her hip drive.

Try deadlifting same weight bell (or heavier)before swinging it like this. Honestly though, why do this? You want something really challenging, try milling a 35 lb club.

Lower your weight and focus on getting your form right. When you can do them with little to no effort increase your weight. Rinse and repeat!

More like heavy swinging shoulder shrugs.

Im all for going heavy but when it becomes all arms its no longer a swing and thr benefit of going heaby is lost.

Hey take your time ..the lady in great shape but that KB might be in future but not now it’s cool to challenge yourself do a snatch with 32kg before aiming for this one
