Loads of men have hairlines like yours and never go fully bald. There's a few people I know who looked like they were going bald 20 years ago, and they still have it. No hair loss at all.

Three things that actually works (without hair transplant/surgery): 1. minoxolid spray (dilates the follicle pores to increase uptake of minerals and increase growth) 2. ketoconazol shampoo (reduce inflammation causing hair loss, also has anti-androgenic properties) 3. finasteride or dutasteride tablets (prescription in most countries, inhibits testosterone to DHT conversion, very potent stuff that works the best atm but can have serious side-effects if you are really unlucky).

Number 3 is definetly the best stuff you can do against male pattern baldness, since it reduces the conversion of testosterone to DHT (the hormone that makes you eventually loose the abillity to grow hair).
Add this to a healthy diet consisting of lots of minerals, vitamins and good fatty acids.

The good thing is: If you do these things before getting bald will significantly reduce it (and might even regrow a significant amount of hair).
The bad thing is: You can only delay it. If you quit taking the stuff, your hair will start receding again.

Well, for being 42 (now, 2023), and started receding in 19, it's really a great miracle, seriously. I noticed the first bald spot in the front hairline at almost 19, I panicked, but now I'm 25 and after 6 years I have still a nw 3. Compared to other guys I know who lost their hair in 2 years (I mean in a way that you SHOULD shave your head). So what I'm hoping is keeping my hair as far as you did ahahaha

the smaller hairs are new ones growing in, they are all over your scalp but theyre only noticeable at the hairline.

One side is like baby hairs the other isn't but there both like receded to like Norwood 2, does that mean it stopped on that side where there is no baby hairs?

Baby hairs in hairline means also a mature hairline sometimes. Not only receding.. So in receding hairline hair start thinning and in mature just disappeare?

i have hair in those areas but it’s thinner, it still grows long though and none of them are short
