In today’s video I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Offer Up for $250 dollars!! It was super sketchy to go meet up with a stranger to buy a stolen phone!!! What do you guys think? Is it stolen? I would return it it's the best option if it is stolen they spent ages on it. And money. The fact is, he was acting weird which didn't help. He wanted the phone off of him. That way he wouldn't get it. He wanted it go asap! Also such low payment too

I think that you should return the phone due to the fact that he was acting so suspicious and I think that many will agree with me when I say I think that he stole the phone considering that it wasn't logged in with his name. He also seemed like he was trying to leave the scene as soon as possible. He could have a phone tracker, camera or mic on it, this means the guy could call the police on you and claim that you 'stole' the phone. He also didn't remember/know the password or how many gigabytes was on it. To me that seems a bit sus.
