I’m sure most Americans know but if they don’t u can get a brand new 32 gig variant for $200 or less on most prepaid carriers. I had one for a month and it was amazing to have a brand new 32 gig iPhone with decent screen size and performance for only $200!!!

I had an iPhone 6 that I bought around the same time as my dad bought his 6+. The 6 wasn't the best phone I ever owned, but not bad. Now I'm on an 8+. However, my dad still has his 6+ now more than three years in (around three and a half actually) and it still runs and works great.

Not everyone has the money to buy a new phone. Apple keeps pushing out new iPhones every other year so why even bother.

I remember when the iPhone 5s came out with the the new iOS version and it was something huge and then the iPhone 6 came out and it was amazing, but now it’s knows as a “budget phone”

I can say this, I use a Gold iPhone 6 in 2018, and enjoy it very well. I have not used any newer phone then the iPhone SE, but that was just for helping a friend. I enjoy using my iPhone 6, I don't notice any lag really, but i only ever notice the battery. Still good phone, i'm planning to get the iPhone 7, or iPhone 8 in two years, or maybe a Samsung Galaxy S8.

I've had my iPhone 6 since 2015. Just replaced the battery and it's back to it's original speed and lasts me all day. I have no problems with it, and probably won't replace for another year. Mine is a 64 GB model, so I have plenty of storage space.

I'm using my iPhone 6 Plus 64 gb for over 2 years now, and it still keeps up with my needs. I dropped it many times (by accident), splashed water on it a couple of times, forgot it outside in the summer sun, and kept up with the "torture" quite well. I did replaced the battery a while ago, but overall I'm really pleased with it. A somewhat decent phone to have even in 2018 on a budget.
