Hi Markell, thanks for the effort in providing tips on building a network on Linkedin that will help you get a job. i have been reaching out so far to both recruiters and advocates, and I got one connection as an advocate who replied to me they will pass on my resume to their supervisor. hope it works, it happen 1 week from now. Depends on your job. For example, I work in the financial services as a project manager and it's hard to create content on projects because it is frowned upon. Everything is highly regulated and I work with teams updating back-end systems so information on the projects are not the kind of thing a bank wants you advertising.

Today is hard...
I usually tailor my messages (according to that person's activity and profiles on LinkedIn) when I want to network with the professionals and recruiters, but the chance I'm getting a reply is still 2 out of 10. I hope it will become better but it really discourages me and even makes me doubt myself... I feel nowadays you need to have a strong heart to build networks haha
