It can be easy to feel that no one really cares about us.
Asking for help is tough.
But no one was “self-made”, we all are part of each-other’s support systems. So how do you get comfortable asking?
In this actionable video, I will share a few simple rules of getting help from people, and make the process joyful for the one helping you out as well. We all, of course, grow when we help others grow.

Great content. I absolutely love the subtle jokes in the end. " I don't know why I did that", "Galti no. 9, ya 10, mai bhul chuka hun". With the serious context that you set, these are amazing for the end.
I struggle a lot with this networking aspect. I don't generally have any immediate need for connecting with people, but I'm sure that is advantageous in the long term. In a big organization, I don't get how to connect with a person, or even I manage to talk to them once, how to keep that relationship alive? I'm not motivated enough because I think rather than creating artificial relationships based on help in the future, I will hang out with the few closest friends, which I know is wrong. I know it shouldn't be artificial. I agree with the advantages and know that it has to mutual, I am unable to implement. Let's say I connect with a Director level person for some work in my job, and I meet him twice. How to strengthen the relationship and take it beyond that immediate work?

Knowing and researching about that person is fine but the main problem is approaching. Do v first get to know that person be friends with them then ask what v want or do we just approach that person formally after researching about him and tell him what v want directly
