Very to the point. Would just add that if you don't have work experience as a fresh graduate, focus on your skillset, degree, language skills, relevant coursework and anything else you developed while at university. Basically focus on all the things that you already have. Good employers just want to see that you have the attitude and foundational skillset to develop your skills further at their company, not work experience.

I, m transtioning to tech and I don, t have a tech background but i have recently enrolled in a bootcamp to learn about cloud computing. Honestly i don't know where to begin so as land my fist job after completion of the program.

My biggest struggle (so far) on LinkedIn is, I want to post something. But I keep on cancelling because I don't know if it's appropriate or not (since LinkedIn is a profesional platform).

I make content on TikTok and Instagram. So I was thinking on sharing about "how I decided to start making content" or "My process on making a content". Things like that. But I'm only an Undergraduate student (next January will be my last semester), so is it appropriate for me to post things like that?

I am only in my first year of studies and may be overthinking this because of extreme anxiety, but a challenge for me so far is that it's difficult to reach out to anyone in my prospective industry because everyone appears merely as LinkedIn Member, even the alumni at my college.

It feels like a catch 22: to reach people you're interested in, you need to grow your network, but you can't grow your network because everyone's privacy settings are tuned to the extreme. :-/

Hey, I know I'm probably using LinkedIn in the wrong way .

So I'm a grade 12 student and I was attracted to LinkedIn as you can use it as tool for networking, so my genius mind thought that networking= friends . I realised that's not the case at all as I've had connections in colleges I wanted to get into it but I have no idea how to interact with them nor do I know what's the limit as for example there was this guy in a college X so I wanted to get into college X so I asked him a question and he was happy to answer then I asked him again and he answered and by the third time he just stopped replying.

So my question is how do I use it as a (almost graduating) High school student and how do I interact with my connections ( as I'm not looking for a job, maybe an internship after my finals )
