Yes, that is what it is like particularly my trauma that goes all the way back is triggered depending on the trigger its either bullying from 5th grade that was very bad they werr harrasing me at onr point it was semi sexual when it comes to how bad the bullying was,
5th grade febuary 16th when my 13 year old cat where as i was 10 died whoch actually that moment triggered the next trigger i well state
So i am guessing this well be triggered by the last trigger i talk about i am shaking thinking about my triggers sp basically my grandmas 15 year old dog i was 9 died i was crying on the couch
This trigger is one of my worst this well be triggered by a friend saying " we aren't friends anymore " to me basically 5th grade i was in the bathroom with a friend and she said to me " we aren't friends anymore " later i asked and she said it was bc i talked tp much which I can't REALLY STOP TALKING BECAUSE I HAVE ADHD!!
Lastly exact same friend from the last trigger we gpt into a fight and thats the last one i could think and before you say " you can't have multiple " well guess what my worst traumas really can be triggered quite easily so yea.. And anyways yea you can really so yea and its quite hrd knowing that i have triggers that could easily be triggers by a pet dying or a friend and me fighting or a friend saying we are not friends anymore

For some reason every old man that looks at me or every not old man looks at me, I feel like they are like creepy + like child molester or pedophile even though they aren’t and in the past I have no trauma or memories of getting SA’ed or stuff. Idk what it is so someone pls explain 😬

Not to be rude but your friend is now a massive liability to any unfortunate guy walking behind her. I hope she gets the help she deserves and doesn't remain a burden on society forever.
