As a Black kid from NY I wish i was exposed to lacrosse at an earlier age. It always looked like a fun sport. I know me as well as most of friends would’ve love to play after football or basketball SZN. I’m so happy to see the youth in my neighborhood getting into lacrosse. I wish them the best and I hope they’re tuning into your videos as I am at 25 lmao.

Boys NFHS and NCAA rules: It is NOT illegal to hold onto the throat of the crosse. That restriction is only prior to a faceoff; however once the whistle is blown you CAN hold the throat of your crosse.
