I've played lacrosse for a couple of years and honestly i learned something in this video

I remember seeing Team USA vs Australia in 1974 at Hofstra. Ron Fraser was shooting so hard it was blasting right through the net. It put me on notice that I had to work harder.

No mention of the cradling you’re doing while shooting. Talk to me about those movements so I can teach my son (8) how to not lose the ball in his windup.
