You need to be very careful in foreign countries when filming especially when it comes to red light districts with lots of adult entertainment. You never know the kind of people who run those areas and you must assume they don't want to be on camera or have anything filmed that could be used as evidence against them. Some of these massage parlors might be operated by some shady organizations or maybe even local gangs who don't want the publicity from a foreigner. Do your research and get a better understanding of your surroundings and the culture of the people by learning and respecting how things work there before doing something that is offensive that you will later regret. You of all people should know better that street law/street rules and govt. laws/rules are 2 different things.

As a man, if I was walking around this area wanting to use these services and someone filmed it and I accidentally ended up on YouTube for the world to see, I'd be really p*ssed. As a potential customer, if I knew people would be walking around the streets with cameras, I wouldn't go there. So that's how you can ruin their business.
