WOW, that woman compared Conan to Sanma and Tamori. That is a HUGE freaking compliment.

In Japan there are what are considered "The Big Three" in Japanese comedy - Sanma, Tamori, and "Beat" Takeshi (the same guy that made Takeshi's Castle and starred in all of those amazing yakuza films, Takeshi Kitano). That's an impressive group to be compared to.
