Uff finally got my laptop back..😍
I was using laptop and had to restart but it takes too much time for restart (i checked many videos but nothing solved this issue 😪).So I just pressed power button and forced it shut down. On turning it on started showing this error Bad system config error.Tried troubleshoot>system restore and also startup repair but nothing worked.Also sometimes it showed stopcode: 0xc000021a. Saw some videos with command prompt dir mthd but that also came out useless. Now I saw this video after 2 hr searching on solving this issue and within ur first mthd I was able solve it.

Holy crap dude THANK I install more ram for my computer and only half of it was being used so i went to msconfig on run and was messing with the settings. it worked for the ram but i went back and started messing with my prosecesor numbers and messed my pc up. XD the second one helped me and i didn't lose my files. thank you so much sir!
