Unlikely. Putin has Trump round his pinkie. Putin, Xi and Kim Jong Un are rather condescending towards Trump when he was in office. Remember how Kim Jong Un met him in Singapore when he met putin and xi in Pyongyang? That's how much respect he has for Trump. Putin wouldn't have listen to a man the world treated as a joke!
