How to roast a chicken? Its a simple question with a simple answer. In this video I will show you how to roast a chicken and a fun little trick to make it look all beautiful and presentable without the use of butchers twine. I will also show you a simple side dish recipe with some toasty vegetables. Sooooooo I didn't have any Gibbles! I decided to use what I had and make a quick bacon gravy. It did the job pretty well and turned out super tasty! I hope you all dig it!

1 whole chicken
rosemary
thyme
lemon
butter
brussels sprouts
carrots
white onion
garlic cloves
olive oil
bacon
milk
flour
butter
light saber
a sharp wit
