Seriously thank you for sharing these are the things that aren't usually talked about out and as such are tucked away with often detrimental results. I enjoyed the whole talk one of my favorite points was when you talked about making the connection and showing up, AND putting away your cellphones. All of this obviously has such a powerful effect on people.
