The easiest way I've found to do this (I'm assuming you're using Cheat Engine) is to search for the following array of bytes: 89 85 F2 1A 91 85 F2 1A A2
And change both the 85s to 55. After doing this the challenges can be played like normal and the censor over Ratchet and the enemies will never appear. This value change won't reset until you completely leave the arena, so the value doesn't need to be set active in the cheat table.

Because I'm going to buy it on my birthday on ps3 because I have R&C 1 and R&C3 on ps3 because I bought them separately because I wasn't thinking about getting ratchet and 1 and 2 I bought three first because me and my twin loved playing the multiplayer with each other but he got bored of it so I said why not play the ratchet and clank up your arsenal story and I loved the gameplay so I said why not getting the other two
