This would only work if your hands could already fit out of the cuffs. The sock doesn't change the diameter of either your hand or the cuffs. All this sock is doing is KINDA keeping their hand from being scratched. Other than cops and kinks anyone else would use zip ties most of the time anyways and those are really easy to get out off, no sock required.
