Seamless discord and reddit still says to NOT do this. The items code is still on your game and you could be banned on the next ban wave. Until there is a statement from Fromsoft you still need to use a cheat engine if you don't want to risk a ban.

Idk but it stopped working for steam deck, on pc everything is fine and starts easily on vanilla after coop
But on deck it starts somehow with old safe file

I've got a close friend that knows the two main devs I'll send it through the grapevine. I wouldn't get your hopes up though, there is probably a reason why they went through all of the effort to change the save format.

Hello, I've done this and it has worked during the times I did it but today I tried switching back to vanilla and I followed it normally but now my saves don't show up at all. I tried deleting seamless, verifying game files and reinstalling elden ring but nothing would make them show up, please help 😞

it wont work for me and i am not sure when i change the end of the file to sle or whatever it was it adds a (2) to the end idk if that is why

im having this problem on seamless where I have to launch the ersc launcher shortcut like hundreds of times before it works, basically I double click it then it launches then it instantly crashes a second later and I have to keep doing that before it finally works. Do you know how to fix that? thank you!

I made a backup of my files, and verified everything but changing .co2 to .sl2 doesnt do anything. When i open the modded version all my progess is still there and i still have nothing on the vanilla game, is there something im doing wrong?
