I love your content it has changed my outlook and tbh life/mindset, mostly securely attached but in difficult dynamics and relationships anxiety, low self worth all come into play

I question and am not really on board with the whole male and female can't be friends narrative and wanted to offer an alternative perspective, I think women bring value to many interactions aside from their romantic prospects and vice versa with guys, I have friends who have thought like this and see dynamics with men as mainly romantic and sexual not sure that's healthy at all e.g 'he must wants something more' and actually feeds into the narrative of validation,  and surely part of building a foundation with a guy romantically is a base of friendship so it's good to have that with others (ofc weird to have just guy friends whole other story)

connection and commonality is key as we're all human, I think it depends on the type of people we are speaking about too, I have close male friends I've known since I was 19 appreciate the point about feelings they can emerge but I think the friendship can be pure and supportive. I like speaking to guys they are generally direct, funny and bring me elements that women always can;t (have many close females too), great video love watching you x
