Do you know what the vaccination status of these patients were? also, speaking of clots, do you know any embalmers? Thanks!

Glad to hear you mention the D-Dimer test. Back in early 2020 the doctors who have been cancelled encouraged a D-Dimer test--especially if the person is vaccinated. Glad to see "regular" docs are coming around to what others said in 2020.

Has it ever been established precisely what about the virus causes the increased clotting risk? I've heard a number of theories early on, but I'm curious if something more current and more definitive has been shown.

Did the study compare severity and outcomes, for those who are unvaccinated to those who were?

Stay hydrated.
Drink electrolytes.
Donate blood.
Workout.
Infrared sauna/sauna.

These are the way to reduce clotting.

Is there a natural method/product besides aspirin that can help eliminate blood clots? Were these blood clots just from covid-19 or from people that were v a x?

I have a friend who would go swimming in the ocean all year around(NY).After two doses of the "vaccines" he is on blood thinners and has a blood clot in his lungs. Not mentioning that he is sick all the time after he got the shots. What are the odds? And my healthy as a bull tripple vaxed BF has suddenly died from a heart attack a month after booster.

On my recent blood test from 2 weeks ago, it showed that I all of a sudden have giant platelets. What could cause that? I'm 48 and this is the first time I have giant platelets on my blood test.

I've been hearing from some doctors that d-dimer isn't catching all of these covid blood clotting cases. Concerning. Also concerning that most people are getting an EKG and or CTA and then sent off saying they're fine. 😔

What is the mechanism which brings this result? The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein?

Interesting study. I wonder if there has been any follow up that indicates which variant is involved. For the UK (within the time period), we had Original & Alpha (no vaccine). After the time period we had Delta & Omicron (with vaccines). Now that we are all Omicron (First BA.1 and now seems to be BA.2) could this still be a factor?

I rid myself of these a few years ago. I started taking nattokinase.

I know a number of people who had pulmonary clots who had COVID-19 but who also had the full course of vaccines for COVID. Any connection there? Did the disease or the vaccine cause the clots?

Thank you Med Cram for this interesting video on chronic pulmonary hypertension. The reason IMO that CT angiogram is performed in the ER is because it is readily available, and we all know the delays and difficulties in getting a VQ scan especially at night, on the weekend, and other issues.

Could you please revise HIT so that we could understand the difference? ThankYou!

Dr. Seheult: Sir, your entire video series are extremely interesting, educational and informative, even to a non-physician such as myself. TY for presentations. As it concerns this presentation dealing with emboli or DVT, may I respectfully pose a question? (I am NOT asking for specific medical advice or information concerning myself. Obviously this is not possible or appropriate.) My questions Sir: In the future, should you produce a follow-up lecture on the correlation between increased susceptibility to thrombo-emboli following Covid infection, or a stand-alone lecture discussing current diagnosis and treatment of PE/DVT, can you please discuss whether there is a correlation (in your professional opinion or experience) between clot-load and patient mortality (in a patient confirmed to have acute PE and/or DVT)? My question stems from a recent medical paper, published in a well-known, highly respected and prestigious medical journal, which stated (in a paper discussing diagnosis and treatment of PE/DVT), that there is, “…No statistical correlation between [patient] clot-load and mortality.” How can this be? It seems counterintuitive. From a non-physician understanding it would seem that with increased clot-load comes an increasing chance of clot migration, potentially causing a lethal obstruction. Would greatly appreciate your comments on this question if a future lecture permits. Thank you again Doctor.

Holy shit! that explains why I'm experiencing chest pains and shortness o breath and high pulse rate for almost a year. I need to get a VQ scan asap. I wonder where you can get it. Do you just ask your PCP to order one or is this only available at the ER?
