Omg when they did the ultrasound on my leg, the nurse kept shoving that scanner/reader in my leg. It was super painful that’s how bad a deep vein thrombus hurts

I've had this procedure done in the past and found that I couldn't withstand the compression in my groin area and resulted in being an incomplete test. Now I have to get it done again, isn't there an easier way to tolerate the pressing pain, like I did tell them to put me under or knock me out but I am certain that they didn't understand. Help!

My a onogram only went behind my knee...then the
doctor met with me and told me I did not have a DVT. however, MY left leg is VERY VERY SWOLLEN, Red near the ankle, hot to touch, and VERY, VERY PAINFUL!!!!

I had this done earlier today. Was so painful especially as I also have fibromyalia. Thankfully no DVT was found

What about the arm? Also, can a blood clot be missed via ultrasound on the arm?

I did this a few times but just did it today bc I had clots in my lungs but he just had me flex my foot and said awesome lol. Better be awesome I do blood thinner injections twice a day
