I do B cause my accelerator pedal is about as high as the brake pedal

B is good for city driving A is good for high rpm cuz its ez to slam the throttle harder

You need to press the gas at the same time only when you have put the gear in, and not accelerated it in advance and then just pulled out the clutch and put it in gear!
