Hey I’ve been dancing like my entire life and I see a lot of people looking for help! When you do a hopping step or move like this and want to make it look smoother and less bouncy, you have to put a soft bend in your knees (a plié) to keep all of the control of the bounce in your legs, after that you gotta relax your upper body but isolate it so your upper body is still.
